10 Best British Car Events 2019
Race Red's guide to the 10 best British car shows
AUTOSPORT INTERNATIONAL & PERFORMANCE & TUNING CAR SHOW
January 10th – 13th NEC, Birmingham
This is three shows in one but the 10th and 11th are trade only and this period covers the Engineering Show, presenting some of the latest engineering technology solutions for the motoring industry.
The Autosport International part of the event spans the 10th to the 13th (again, trade only on 10th & 11th). This show brings you a pre-season glimpse of all motor racing, from F1 to club sport. This year, all the WRC teams will attend for the season launch.
We attended the event last year and enjoyed the whole show.
The Performance and Tuning Car Show runs alongside Europe's biggest motorsport show and presents everything for the performance and tuning enthusiast. One of the best features for me is that great hypercars and little sleepers are all displayed together.
Tickets include the Live Action Arena and are good value. The parking is currently around £16 so a full car makes sense for the parking cost.
